A. Students should eat light food to keep their brain active. Dr. Manju Shroff advises Priyanshi to eat light and digestible food like soup, juice, milk, lassi, daal, raw vegetables and fruits, and to avoid overeating.
A. ‘Tune up’ means preparing mind and body for exams. Kandarp should keep in mind his strengths and weaknesses, and use his strengths to cope with the board exams.
A. Dr. Mansuri advises Kandarp to prepare a timetable according to his energy level and exam slots. He also suggests relaxation techniques like yoga and pranayam.
